Brilliant watercolors, architectural pen & ink creations,
photographic giclees on canvas and subtle pencil still-lives are among
the work of five new artists which will hang in the Jameson Gallery
beginning August 17.
Creative Arts Group is proud to present the extraordinary talents of
David Darbyshire, Gwen Gordon, Stephen Johnstone, Kathleen Swayden and
Lynne Van Dam. From the exuberant to the sublime, a broad range of
techniques and media are represented by these local artists. The
Gallery will include several pieces by each artist showcasing their
latest work.
In addition, the Featured Artists Gallery will have an exhibition of
children's art. Puppets, paintings, ceramics and more,
representing art made in Creative Arts Group's many classes and
worshops for children will be on display until the end of August. This
is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who might be considering a
children's class to see the whimsical and fun creations taught by our
imaginative instructors.
The Jameson Gallery at Creative Arts Group is open Monday through Friday, 9-5, and Saturdays from 10-2.
